Thank you for your purchase of Kwik Goal equipment. We appreciate the opportunity to do business with you. If you need to return your merchandise to us, please fill out the information below. Please use the labels included as it allows us to quickly identify and process your shipment. If you have questions regarding your return, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-531-4252.
- Product must be returned complete, including all parts, instructions or manuals in order to receive credit.
- It is the responsibility of the returning party to send returned merchandise pre-paid. Any merchandise returned freight collect will be refused.
- You will receive credit for the returned product only. You will not receive credit for the original freight out. By returning the product you are accepting these conditions.
How to Return Merchandise
- Please fill out the information requested below.
- Please indicate the reason for your return and any additional comments you may have. The comments are helpful to improve customer service and ensure we provide the best quality products possible.
- Please note that all refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase within 2-4 weeks.
- Include the emailed return confirmation and the merchandise you would like to return in a well-sealed box. PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF THIS RETURN FOR YOUR RECORDS.
- Please use the return labels provided at the bottom of this page. Feel free to make additional copies if needed.
