Kwik Goal ships via small parcel and truck.  Please note that the weights listed online are the weights of the products and not the shipping weight.  Due to the size and weight of some products, they must ship via truck.  

All small parcel air orders (Next Day Air/Second Day Air/3 Day Select) placed BEFORE 1PM EST* will ship same business day. *All orders placed AFTER 1PM EST will ship next business day.

All small parcel ground orders will ship within 2-3 business days.

All truck orders will ship within 3-5 business days.

*_{Goal orders shipping truck are quoted as ship complete. Extra freight charges may apply if a ship and backorder is requested}.

All parts orders will ship within 3-5 business days.

For returns or exchanges of an order placed online, please download and follow the directions on the E-Commerce Return Form to complete your return.
